has reached its projected ARV (After Repair Value), the property is then
refinanced at 80% LTV of the lender’s appraisal.

economies of scale, BMC properties get a $50,000 scope of work for the
price of $30,000 in material and labor. The scope of work includes
hardwood floors, completely redone kitchens and bathrooms, new plumbing,
