Provided below are some examples of ways to evaluate the Performance Of A Property. For a nominal fee ranging from $200 to $2500., we'll create a market performance analysis report on your property. 

We will do a site visit to review the property and take photos for visual recommendations. Then we'll ask you for basic income and expenses data for our financial analysis. We'll research and compare the property to similar properties on  the market or that have sold so to compare your property to various property and market norms and conditions. Once we've done the analysis we'll meet with you personally to present the results.

If you decide to sell the property, the fee will be waived if you reward the selling representation to IEIP at the presentation or you'll be refunded at closing of escrow should we sell the property within the next 12 months.
